Unlike private acupuncture sessions, community acupuncture takes place in a group setting. You’ll be treated in a comfortable zero-gravity recliner, fully clothed, in a quiet, relaxed environment shared with others.
Your acupuncturist will have a short intake conversation with you to understand your concerns and tailor your treatment.
Since you remain clothed, most treatments focus on easily accessible areas—like your arms, legs, head, and ears—while still effectively addressing full-body concerns.
Once the needles are placed, you’ll rest quietly for 12-15 minutes, allowing your body to shift into a deeply relaxed, healing state.
